It was definitely minty since I even over measured the 1 tsp. I would recommmend less than 1 tsp of mint if you want to try a twist to the recipe. The birthday boy said the mint was great but his brother's thought it was too minty. I am going to try it again this weekend with the vanilla. Thanks so much.
