I am grateful to all those people who I have met in my years as a traveling vegan chef, whether at cooking classes, vegetarian potlucks, demonstrations, farmer's markets, private homes, libraries. . . you have made the journey an enjoyable experience.  Along the way, I am honored to have helped many of you transition to a healthy vegan diet, and to demonstrate that vegan food can be as delicious as it is nutritious.  Sharing food with family and friends is one of my great joys in life, and I hope you will do the same with those you care about.  I appreciate all of your kind words of support!
